We are the first generation in history to realise that we are damaging our planet’s fragile environment!

This means we have to take responsibility for our own actions and we have to do it now!

e-pots are committed to reducing the environmental impact our products have, regardless of where in the world they are sourced from or whatever natural materials are used, so we have teamed up with climate crisis activists Ecologi to allow us to be able to plant a tree for every purchase made through our website, This allows our customers to make a real ecological difference every time they purchase our products directly from us and additionally your purchases help offset your carbon footprint!

We already provide our customers with 100% eco-friendly products, using natural waste materials and recycled resources and rather than just “greenwashing” our eco message, we want to do something positive for our environment, and with your help we can now help to make a real difference!

Therefore from 1st June 2021 e-pots will become climate positive and we pledge to plant a tree for every website sale we make, whilst continuing to develop environmentally friendly gardening products and gifts. We will donate a small percentage of our profit from every sale to plant a tree and help fund the world’s best climate crisis solutions to give more back to the planet than we take.

By buying directly through our website you will be helping to capture carbon from the atmosphere as well as creating employment for local families and restoring wildlife habitats across the globe.

Why Plant Trees?

Research has shown that one of the best ways to tackle the climate crisis and keep global temperatures from rising above 1.5C and prevent ecological collapse is to plant trees.

Plant a tree to help tackle the climate crisisThe ability of mature trees to absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere has long made them a valuable weapon in the fight against climate change, however we continue to destroy large swathes of fertile forests to make land for agriculture.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said that if the world wanted to limit the global temperature rise to 1.5C by 2050, then an extra 1 Billion hectares (2.4 Billion acres) of trees would need to be planted.

Once these trees mature they could capture around 200 Giga Tonnes of carbon dioxide, which is the equivalent to two-thirds of carbon emissions from human activities put into the atmosphere since the start of the industrial revolution, or a quarter of the overall amount of CO2 in the air.

We have an incredible opportunity to turn things around and tackling climate change could be the greatest thing our generation does. We cannot afford to wait for politicians to make the necessary changes to put the planet back on the right course, we have to take action now!
