Are all products really plastic free?

All of the e-pots branded products are.  Not even the packaging contains any plastic.

Is delivery extra?

Yes.  Due to rising costs, we have had to add a flat rate shipping charge of £3.99.  Orders over £25 have free shipping.

Where are your products from?

All of our products are hand packed in the UK. The majority of our products are also sourced in the UK.  Some items we have to import from abroad.  For example, the coir compost comes from India & Sri Lanka because we don’t grow coconuts in the UK!

What eco credentials do you have?

We plant trees! We have teamed up with Ecologi to plant trees on our behalf.  For more information, see our plant a tree page.
